Incheon International Airport Incheon International Airport, which is one of the newest transportation hubs in Asia, has 58 airline offices and manages 420 inbound and outbound international flights each day. Some 30 major international airlines provide regular service between Seoul and other major cities worldwide with over 850 schedule flights per week. KAL Limousine Bus is the most convenient way to travel from Incheon International Airport to the venue. This spacious, 25-seat luxury bus takes you directly to Lotte Hotel Seoul. It provides non-stop services and operates between the hours of 4:40am and 10:30pm at 20-minute intervals. The bus fare is KRW 14,000 (approx. US$ 15) per person and the duration of the ride to the venue is approximately 70 minutes
Standard Airport Limousine Bus is an economic means of transportation from Incheon International Airport to Lotte Hotel Seoul and other nearby hotels. This service makes several stops on the way, and the fare is KRW 7,000 (approx. US$ 7.5) per person. The duration of the ride to the venue is approximately 90 minutes.
Taxi is another way to get to the venue from the airport. There are standard taxi (basic fare: KRW 1,900 and KRW 100 added every 168m) and deluxe or "Mobeom" taxi (basic fare: KRW 4,500 and KRW200 added every 205m). There is an extra late-night charge between midnight and 4am. Patrons are also charged a toll fee of KRW 6,400. Please be advised that standard taxis do not accept credit cards. Therefore, please exchange foreign currencies for Korean Won at the airport before taking a standard taxi.
Subway is the most convenient way for visitors to get around Seoul. Subway and nonstop train (AREX) that connect Incheon International Airport to downtown will be available from 2010. Participants may be able to use the nonstop train (AREX) to get to the Gimpo International Airport.
